1. Returns

Customers may initiate a return within 30 days from the date of purchase/delivery.

Returned items must be in their original condition, unopened, unused, and with all accompanying materials and accessories.

1.3 Non-returnable Items

Upon approval, you will receive instructions and a return authorization number (RAN) to include with the returned item.

3.3 Packaging and Shipping

Securely package the item and ship it to the address provided along with the RMA number.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return following the guidelines above and place a new order for the desired item.
